Field history and conversion
We collect field lists, land-use evidence and treatment histories. Boundaries and neighbouring risks need clear descriptions. Conversion periods and recognition of previous periods require evidence; shortening is not promised on an owner declaration alone.
Seed and production inputs
Assess permitted use before application. Commercial statements are not conclusive. Records connect fields, dates, input quantities and reasons, with purchase and stock evidence.
Harvest and sales
Identification connects the field, harvest, stock lot and dispatch. Parallel production requires cleaning and segregation. Quantity records should be maintained throughout the season rather than reconstructed before inspection.
What the project produces
The agreed scope includes a requirements map, prioritised actions, responsibilities, operating records and a readiness review. Deliverables are agreed before implementation. Existing documents are reviewed for usefulness rather than replaced automatically.
Evidence before the review
Prepare process descriptions, supplier records, traceability information and any open findings. Do not send sensitive files through the public contact form. The first enquiry should describe the operation; detailed document exchange is agreed separately.
