Providers
Active functions may involve hosting, e-mail, Cloudflare Turnstile and Przelewy24. Google Analytics, Google AdSense and JivoChat may load after consent. The controller must complete actual provider, transfer and agreement assessments before launch.
Choices
Essential sessions protect forms and administration. Optional choices are stored locally for about six months. Analytics, ads and chat require consent; chat also requires half-page scrolling. Change settings in the footer.
Rights
Within GDPR limits you can exercise access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and applicable objection rights. Withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. Complaints may be made to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO.
Retention
Technical logs are scheduled for rotation within 12 months and request-limit data sooner. E-mail and order retention follow controller policies and obligations. No automated decisions with legal effects are made about customers.
