Description and requirements
Review formats, versions, scope and licensing before purchase. ZIP files require AES-256 support; office files require compatible software. Products do not guarantee certification. Unavailable products cannot be paid for.
Orders and payment
Leading prices include VAT and are in PLN. The order button states the obligation to pay. Payments are handled by Przelewy24, PayPro S.A. Returning to the website is not payment confirmation. Automatic checkout serves Poland only; other countries require an individual tax and terms assessment.
Delivery
After verified payment, the customer receives order and consent confirmation, terms, licence and a seven-day download link. The ZIP password is sent separately. Five initiated downloads are allowed, including interrupted transfers. Report problems by e-mail. The seller issues applicable sales documentation; this website does not issue KSeF invoices.
Withdrawal
Statutorily entitled buyers generally have 14 days to withdraw. Certain individual entrepreneurs may also qualify; providing a tax number does not automatically remove rights. Loss of the right for paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium requires the applicable conditions, including express prior consent, information, acknowledgement and confirmation. Clicking a link alone is insufficient.
Complaints
Contact [email protected] with the order ID and issue description. Do not send ZIP passwords. Mandatory rights, including applicable digital-content conformity remedies, remain unaffected. Refunds use the relevant payment channel.
Version and licence
The product licence governs use. Version 2.0.0 is a draft requiring approval before sales activation. Changes do not retrospectively alter concluded contracts.
