Recipes and ingredient status
Connect input specifications with recipes and product claims. Additives and processing aids require an applicable-rule assessment. Supplier changes should trigger review of specifications, recipes and labels.
Separate operations
Shared equipment needs planned time or physical segregation, cleaning and line release. Records identify who approved the operation. Work-in-progress identification must survive breaks and disruptions.
Yield and losses
Reconcile inputs, consumption, output, work in progress, losses and stock. Returns and rework require clear status. Differences need investigation, not balancing adjustments created to force agreement.
What the project produces
The agreed scope includes a requirements map, prioritised actions, responsibilities, operating records and a readiness review. Deliverables are agreed before implementation. Existing documents are reviewed for usefulness rather than replaced automatically.
Evidence before the review
Prepare process descriptions, supplier records, traceability information and any open findings. Do not send sensitive files through the public contact form. The first enquiry should describe the operation; detailed document exchange is agreed separately.
