SAI Platform and farm assessment

SAI Platform-related support starts with the specific tool and buyer expectations. It does not replace organic certification.

Specify the requirement

Confirm the tool, version and evidence route before preparing records. A platform name in a contract is not a complete assessment specification.

Evidence of practice

Organise farm data and ownership. Each gap needs an action, deadline and verifiable evidence, not a marketing statement.

Use existing records

Other-system records may help, but recognition must be confirmed. Achievement levels and buyer acceptance are not promised without assessment.

What the project produces

The agreed scope includes a requirements map, prioritised actions, responsibilities, operating records and a readiness review. Deliverables are agreed before implementation. Existing documents are reviewed for usefulness rather than replaced automatically.

Evidence before the review

Prepare process descriptions, supplier records, traceability information and any open findings. Do not send sensitive files through the public contact form. The first enquiry should describe the operation; detailed document exchange is agreed separately.
